The nukes don't destroy cities in Civilizations but they do:
1) Destroy improvments such as highways 2) Causes mass pollution around the city 3) Causes civil unrest in the cities 4) Civil unrest can possibly lead to that city surrendering to you

Thats better than RON if you nuke a city the only way to conquer it is to put infantry in the area but they do really hurt the other player because lossing a city really hurts their economy.

Losing a city will allow you to take over any military in that city. As well as workers.

Ron is the same. The only thing bad about nuking cities is that in Ron you can only nuke cities 26 times you lose after that.

You can nuke cities as long as you have the nukes to nuke them.

Interesting. In RON all you have to do is build missile silos and you have nukes. But Civilizations sounds like a better game than RON. Better than ROL. Im not so sure.

I want to get Civilization 4 and the Warlords Expansion pack. That unlocks the Warlord unit and gives you new military leaders such as:
-Ghengis Khan -Augustus Ceasar -Joseph Stalin -And possible Napoleon Bonaparte

Yup, because he's French. In Civilization 3, if your regular warrior kills enough men, he becomes veteran, if he kills enough again, he becomes elite, and if he kills enough again, you get a military leader who can't fight. He's just there to be there. I named mine "Ivan the Terrible", but the next one I get will be "Attilla the Hun".
